However, it is a new concept where boiling the water is not a necessary thing to do anymore. Thus, educating the public about how to use it and confirming the safety of the product becomes a significant aspects to be communicated to the intended end-users of this product.
Children is being considered as agent of behavioral change in the community, therefore, a series of fun comic brochures are developed to communicate the usage and benefits of Air Rahmat.
